Blinky The Friendly IRC Bot.

As some of you may have noticed they is a new face in the #maan chat room his name is Blinky.

Here are some of the commands for the features currently setup.

Seen Script
!seen <nick>
Output will look something like this. <Blinky> tasty (chatzilla@HOSTNAME) was last seen quitting from #maan 1 hour, 23 minutes ago stating (Quit: ChatZilla 0.9.85 {[Firefox} 3.0.11/2009060215\]).
!lastspoke <nick> displays the when someone last taked.

Weather Script
.wz zipcode or .wz city country-code
Output will look something like this.
.wz london uk
<Blinky> London, United Kingdom -- 12:40 AM BST Updated: 12:20 AM BST on June 30, 2009
<Blinky> Conditions: 68°F | Clear
<Blinky> Humidity: 68% Dew Point: 57°F
<Blinky> Pressure: 30.12in (Steady) Wind: 5mph from the ENE
<Blinky> Sunrise: 4:48 AM BST Sunset: 9:22 PM BST

.wzf zipcode or .wzf city country-code will give you a forecast
.wz -d zipcode will set the default zipcode. You have to be a member of MAAN and be an IRC regular to get the access needed. All Chanops and PacManLives will have access to add you to the level 1 group.

Country codes now match standard internet country codes as closely as possible, but .wzc allows users to search for their code. Input to .wz can be entererd as full country name. .wzc <search string>

NEWS 5/10/2011

Added it so that registered users with Blinky have the ability to set the default weather code.
IRC Operators the command to add users is 'blinky adduser username 1 ' or ' by adduser username chanfriend ' if you are an IRC op and do not have rights see Jsin , Tasty, Paddy or PacManLives and we will add you to the level 400/chanmaster group.
