Zombies in Spaceland - N31L challenges

Sharing a strategy that I use to knock out the first five N31L challenges and get a relatively quick 225 tickets. This is the strategy that I use playing solo and can work with Multiplayer as well if everyone is on the same page.

During the first wave of Zombies, put enough shots in each zombie without killing any zombies to get to $750. Use the $750 to unlock the entry to the central portion of the map. Go grab N31L's head and assemble the robot to begin the challenges. You will be starting the challenges and it will still be round 1.

I complete the five challenges in the order that they are presented to me and can have all five done by the end of round 3.

For the melee 5 Zombies challenge, I use the put as many shots into a zombie without downing it approach, and try to finish it off with a single melee. If you are lucky you will get this challenge early on and it will be hassle free. Though you could wait around for other challenges to expire and for it to come up if you have the patience and time for it.

For the do not go into last Stand challenge I just run around for two minutes, usually without firing a single shot.

For the 2 multikill challenge I pause the timer until I isolate 2 or 3 Zombies from the rest of the horde, unpause the timer and use the grenade to get the multikill. If needed, I pause the timer again and repeat the same process. It's important to note that you should not accidentally pick up and concussion grenade or gas grenade drops before attempting this challenge. So don't just automatically pick up whatever loot is left behind without checking to see what it is first.

Probably the fastest way to complete the kill Zombies while jumping challenge is to use the M1 rifle with the Eagle Eye fate card if available. It's basically an instakill in another form. However, this challenge, as well as the kill Zombies from a distance challenge are easy enough without any special assistance.

By knocking out these challenges you should be up to 300 tickets by the time you need them if you are going for the arcane core or the gold teeth. You will likely get the remainder of tickets from loot drops, or if needed, spend the $750 on one of the zombie traps for tickets. No need to mess around in the arcade and possible risk being downed unexpectedly.

You can survive into high rounds with only unlocking the door to Journey into Space and then the door that leads to Tuff Nuff perk. Though I do recommend opening one more door and getting Racing Stripes from the basement. It is very easy to train Zombies in Journey into space and around the center portal. With Mule Munchies also available, I run with the M1 rifle, Oni pistol, and Volk assault rifle.

The Oni pistol is my money maker. I spam the hell out of it until I am low on ammo and then use the Volk to clean up. I try to make my way back to re-up on ammo for the Oni at this point. If I need to I will mix in the M1 as I feel necessary with the Eagle Eye fortune card as it is an instakill. The nice thing about the Eagle Eye card is that it doesn't expire until after a set number of kills, it doesn't expire on its own.

I typically use the M1 when I am going to re-up on my Volk ammo as well, if things are getting a little hectic. I often use the portal that is right there to kind of reset my zombie training if I feel that going back through the corridor is too risky.

These are the only guns you need. No need for the mystery wheel weapons and re-upping on ammo is super cheap. You should be able to get upin the high teens for rounds without any problems and you will have plenty of cash to spend on the zombie trap, re-upping on fortune cards, etc.

One more note: I put extended mags on everything.
